Labyrinth Walks

The labyrinth is an archetypal pattern that one walks, found in various forms and settings dating back as far as 2500 BC. The labyrinth has one path in to the center and back out. It is not a maze with dead ends or trick turns. The use of labyrinths has been rediscovered throughout history as a way to reconnect your spiritual self to your mind and body.

Seton Cove staff facilitates the open walks listed below and are available to answer questions.
