Finding Your Voice

You don’t have to be a singer to make a sound! Creative self expression can manifest in many forms and is a gift that is naturally available to all of us. In this fun, informal workshop, we will be working with the chakra system, guided meditations, free writing, and improvisational sound exercises to tap into our own unique sources of inspiration and begin to give voice to our dreams, visions, feelings, and creative ideas.
