Sr. Mary Rose McPhee Lecture

10thAnnual Sr. Mary Rose McPhee Lecture on Leadership and Spirituality
"Leadership in an Evolutionary Age "

Evolution is the process of life unfolding on every physical level of cosmic life. However, we still live and function according to the paradigm of Newton’s world. What does evolutionary leadership look like? What are the characteristics of an evolutionary leader and what can we hope for in organizations that operate according to the principles of the new science? We will begin our time together by exploring the dynamics of evolution in light of change, complexity, quantum physics, and consciousness. We will then see how these principles of evolution can help shape future-oriented leadership. This opening lecture will provide the ground for Friday’s workshop.
