Ecology and Community: Living in the Web of Life (morning)

The morning workshop will highlight lessons from the natural world on living and leading in community. We will consider principles of organized sustainability, discuss the value of open versus closed systems, and explore mutual relatedness as the basis of personhood, identity and wholeness.

Technology and Human Relatedness: What Are We Becoming? (afternoon)

The afternoon workshop will examine how technology organizes patterns of daily life today. Whereas in the past we used to think of ourselves in terms of nature, today we think of ourselves in terms of technology.
