The practice of infant massage in the United States began more than twenty years ago emphasizing that touch is vitally necessary for the healthy physical, mental and emotional development of the infant. Infant massage is known to increase circulation and resistance to illness by stimulating the immune system. It is a way to calm the colicky baby, and promotes relaxation and bonding.

This 2-hour class for parents of newborns to 7 months will serve as a delight for you and your baby. You will learn how to confidently bond with your infant through the utilization of simple massage techniques.

Limited to 6 participants. Pregnant mothers are encouraged to attend.
