Zoom Video Conferencing – Community Guidelines


To Join a Zoom Meeting:

  • Click on the link you have received to join the meeting
  • You may be required to download the free Zoom app
  • Enter your email address and your name as you wish it to appear on the screen
  • Click “Join Meeting”
  • Choose to join with computer audio; those who dial in with a phone cannot be unmuted
  • Choose “Test my speaker and microphone”
  • All attendees will be muted when joining the meeting
  • Participants may unmute and start video using the buttons in the lower left corner
  • When using the Chat box, select “All panelists and attendees” so everyone can view your message
