Marsha Walker, PhD, RN, AHN-BC, LMT has led workshops on various methods for reducing the amounts of stress we feel, and creating our quality world. For five years she taught a variety of topics in the Holistic Nursing Series in the Continuing Education Department at the University of Texas School of Nursing. She is a Massage Therapy Instructor and has been on the faculty of the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin for 20 years.
Lauren Nicita, LAC, LMST, IYRT is a licensed and nationally certified practitioner of Oriental Medicine and therapeutic massage who has worked with energy based therapies since 1980. Lauren is passionate about assisting everyone in keeping their physical, mental, emotional and "energy" systems moving toward balance and harmony. Through her private practice of 25+ years, Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, Massage Therapy, Qi Gong and Yoga have been integrated into a healing system. Of primary interest has been the development of self-care strategies that enhance well-being and energetic awareness.
