If you're feeling tired of people yet craving connection, and know you need some space away from the noise to hear your own voice again, this workshop was created for you.
Join us for a mini-retreat of therapeutic writing, movement, music, and deep self-compassion practice. This is self-healing and empowerment work done privately, in community.
All of the practices we do can be done on your own, at home, whenever you need to. It's about releasing stress from the mind, the body, and the heart. Freed in this way, you can regain the clarity, focus, and energy you need to face each day anew.
