Prosocial: A Practical Framework for Managing Cultural Evolution in any Group or Business Setting

Prosocial Design Method: the first evidence-based process for increasing motivation, satisfaction, engagement, and productivity in groups.

People use words such as “evolve” and “adapt” all the time when referring to the need for positive change. Developed by scientists, combining robust bodies of research from evolutionary theory, economics, political science, and the applied behavioral sciences, Prosocial Design Method provides a set of practical tools to help individuals and groups of all types and sizes function better and adapt to ever-changing environments.

Studies have shown that neither the individual attributes of their members nor even the coaching from their leaders are what create the most effective teams. The critical success factors are the interactions within the team itself. Prosocial is a powerful approach for optimizing group outcomes that has the power to expand the scale of positive change and remain effective at a global scale.

This one-day workshop will explore how Prosocial can help facilitate connections and increase engagement among group members to fulfill the mission of your group or organization.
Location: Good Shepherd Episcopal Church at 3201 Windsor Rd, Austin, TX. Carpool and ride-sharing encouraged — free parking available in Good Shepherd’s Parking Garage and along the street.
