In addition to our other Wellness Wednesday offerings this month—which include luncheons by Dr. Julie Reardon, Daniel Hope, Will Fiorello, MA, and Dr. Tom Caven; and an evening program by Dr. Shelly Sethi —The Seton Cove is happy to provide no-cost group contemplative prayer/meditation sessions on the second Wednesday of each month.
Feel free to drop in and out at your convenience anytime between 12noon-1pm to promote peace, love, wholeness, and right relationships. Short readings and walking meditation will also be provided.
