General. This Web Site has been created by the Seton Cove for general informational purposes. While reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this Web Site, the Seton Cove does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of any information on this Web Site.  All information and content is provided on a “as is where is” basis. This Web Site does not contain individualized or customized medical or healthcare advice, and no person should rely on, act or refrain from acting on the basis of any healthcare information contained in this Web Site without seeking direct advice from a healthcare professional. Transmission of information to or from this Web Site does not create a patient-provider relationship or any other relationship between the Seton Cove and the user. Information on this Web Site does not guarantee or warrant a good clinical outcome.

User Accounts.  The Seton Cove provides users with the ability to register and create an account for the Web Site. Once an account is created, users will be able to perform interactions such as registering for Seton Cove programs, purchasing gift certificates for programs and services, enrolling as a Seton Cove member and making donations to the Seton Cove. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify the Seton Cove of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Personal Information.  In order to use the Web Site, the Seton Cove asks for certain personal information which may include your name, address, and email address.  The Seton Cove will not disclose your personal information to any other party without your consent or as required by law, except that personal information may be disclosed to certain third party affiliates or contracted parties of the Seton Cove, such as credit card payment processing companies, that assist the Seton Cove in providing its services or programs and/or maintaining this Web Site.

Mailings.  The Web Site gives you the opportunity to indicate your preferences relating to receiving Seton Cove program information, either by email or US mail.  If you indicate a preference to receive information, Seton Cove will use your contact information to send you information about Seton Cove programs and services.  If you no longer wish to receive such information, please update your profile by logging into the Web Site and following the instructions to indicate you no longer wish to receive mailings.  Or, if you would prefer, you can opt-out by contacting the Seton Cove by:

IP Address.  Seton Cove uses your IP address only in the event a web server problem requires diagnosis, to administer the Web Site, or to count aggregate unique visits to the Web Site.
